I rolled out some figures that I made with fondant and gumpaste and now that they are dried, they have cracks. Is there a way that I can fix this?

Cracks, or is it from a seam? You know when you roll a ball and there are really faint seam lines where some wrinkled edges met up and didn't meld all the way? When you have those they always exaggerate when it dries as thins shrink up and deform at the sems. You could try to spackle it with royal icing, but it's best to avoid it by making sure there are no faint seam lines in your forms.

It looks like cracks to me but I could be wrong. I tried to be careful about rolling it up so that there wouldn't be any seams icon_sad.gif

I'll give the RI a try. Thanks! icon_smile.gif
