I Need Advice About Baking An Apple Tart

hi,

I'm planning to bake an apple tart Thursday night (Crisco crust).

Will it be soggy if served Friday afternoon?

Not if you brush the crust with egg and par-bake it for a few minutes before filling. Also, don't refrigerate. Should be perfect.
