Can someone please tell me what Cream Bouquet is ! I have never heard of it and not sure where I can purchase it. I have seen this mentioned in a couple of recipes.

I haven't used it, but it is a flavoring. You can find it with the extracts. I read somewhere to use equal parts lemon extract, vanilla, and almond to make your own. HTH.
