Has anyone ever put pudding mix in buttercream for flavor and if so ,
does it work?
I do it a lot. I have a great white chocolate bc recipe with white chocolate pudding mix. It does feel grainy at first, but just let it sit a while to break down the pudding and it's great!
I've never tried this but what if you add the pudding in when you cream the butter that should break down the grainy texture upfront. I will definately give pudding in the mix a try.
Thanks, I'll give it a try. Moovaughan, I think I will cream it with the butter.
Once I do, I'll post what happens.
