Does anyone know how to make this now that the Betty Crocker mix is now smaller?
I am not going to adjust the recipe. I am buying a 2nd box of mix and adding 3 oz back to the first mix. It will cost about $.25 to do this, and the 2nd box will supply enough mix for 5 batches of batter. I like the fact I can get 36 cupcakes from the wasc recipe, so I am not going to change the it. There is more than one way to skin a cat, as the old saying goes..
I thought that might work, but the ingredient list is different from the old BC box mixes. That may make a difference.
Well, haven't made one yet, so will have to see. Probably will be baking in the next few days, want to try out my new cake pop roller. Can you tell me what is different?
