Any tips on working with ganache. I love the cake by alimonkey. The pink with ganache. Ganache is running down the side of the cake perfect. Do I just pouring it on top. I have never worked with gananch. Any tips would be appreciate. Recipe? Thanks!
I"ve done several and it's so easy. I put the warm ganache in a squeeze bottle. As you go around, it will drip. If it isn't dripping enough, just squeeze a little more.
