I have used my cupcake courier twice now to hold cupcakes in my freezer for up to a week. I baked the cupcakes...let them cool...placed in the tray and then covered/sealed the tray with press and seal wrap. I used the carrier bottom and all three trays. When I needed to make a bouquet or just wanted one for myself I just took out a tray, removed the wrap and let them defrost. No damage or warping to the tray and the cupcakes have been perfect.
