Looking for a good cake reciepe that handle being out for 2-3 days. I usually make my cakes from scratch, but I am willing to try doctored cake mix recipes. This cake has to be sturdy enough to stake.

Any cake can sit out for 2-3 days. It's filling you have to worry about.

Yes, that's exactly what is being said. However, if you do a buttercream flavored w/cr ch it can sit out just fine.
