A customer is requesting Modern Barbie cupcakes like the picture. I have no clue how to make this cute cupcakes. Any advice on how to get the silhouette shape. I've tried looking for cookie cutters without any luck.

You could cut a templete out and then use it to cut the shapes out of fondant.

Thanks. What's the best tool to use to cut the fondant? I haven't done much fondant work.

a nice sharp exacto knife. I grease it with crisco so it doesn't drag and make a ragged edge.

They might have used a cricut or silhouette cutter, but you can cut it by hand... icon_smile.gif
