Ok, so I'm more of a cake gal, but someone has requested cupcakes! One hundred and fifty cupcakes!!

So, I'm wondering how would I go about getting them where they need to go? I know there are the cupcake inserts for boxes but for this number of cupcakes, it's not really cost effective.

Any special tips or anything that y'all use? I've seen the cup idea too but... how do you get them OUT of the cup without ruining the icing?

Thanks for any ideas!!

Turn your cupcake tin over, use heavy foil and form around the individual cups. Remove foil, turn over, insert into cake boxes. Cheap and easy.

150 cupcakes should fit in 6 half sheet boxes with a few left over, shouldn't cost more than $15 in packaging. The cost of packaging should be incorporated in the price of the cupcakes, if it's not then charge (for example) $2.60 each instead of $2.50 each.
