I have a 1/2 sheet cake, 2 layer cake filled with buttercream due tomorrow. I baked the cakes last night because I have a full time job. I just went to check on them and one of them sank a bit! Is it still okay to use? Sorry if this a silly question but I am new to this and it has never happened before! Thanks!
It will be fine as long as it's just a bit. You can fill it in with icing or whatever filling you are using. Put in on the top - use the good one on the bottom.
