Hi, I am new to edible imaging, and need some help. I have an epson 1100, and printing on icing sheets. I cannot get the alignment correct and the colors are not as vibrant as I thought they would be. Is it the printer or the software? What should I be using?
I was also interested in the chocolate transfers. I saw some at a trade show this past weekend and they were beautiful. The colors were amazing. I tried to ask about what printer she was using, but she didn't want to share any info!
