I am making a liver shaped cake for a groom's cake. It has to feed 60 people and I am unsure how much I would charge for the cake. It is going to be red velvet covered in fondant. I could use some help please!
How much will the ingredients cost, and how long will it take you to bake and decorate the cake?
We have a minimum charge of $250 for shaped/sculpted cakes, regardless of size.
