HI there, i have been looking everywhere for a recipe for a buttercream recipe to use under fondant that doesnt need to be refrigerated as i dont have the space in my fridge. can anyone help me out??

use shortening in the recipie instead of butter, check out the recipie section for indebyie's (sorry spelling!!) buttercream recipie.

Most of the crisco/butter and powder sugar buttercream recipes do not have to be put in the fridge, even if you use milk in it. icon_smile.gif
