I make a yummy WASC using DH Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix and I was thinking about replacing some of the flour with cocoa powder to give it more of a dark chocolate flavor. I'm not so hot with the baking science, so I don't really know if this is a good idea. Anyone ever tried this or know if it would work?

TIA

I've used cocoa before in a WASC. I had seen someone suggest replacing all the flour with it, and that seemed crazy and not right. So I just added 1/4 c. of cocoa. Box mixes are extremely forgiving.

Hmmm, the chocolate WASC recipe that I use calls for cocoa already. Wonder why mine does, I think it was Macsmom's version.
