An acquaintance of mine from high school did this cake for Middle Tennessee State University's Blue Tie Gala event. The school is celebrating 100 years, and this was a very upscale and huge party. And though she has always made absolutely stunning cakes, this one is blows it all out of the water. She was who inspired me to start decorating (I had never even heard of fondant until I saw her pictures on facebook a year or so ago). So Props to Cedar City Cakes!
And also, not to be excluded in praise, is the famous Jay Qualls. Of course he's amazing and lives in our town, and he did the cake that was celebrated at halftime of the football season opener. Talk about huge and time consuming!
Amazing job by both. I can only hope to have that much skill one day!
Those are cakes! Amazing job!
Wow! That's a lot of cake and a lot of work! They are awesome!
