Hello All!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to transport a large cupcake? I am refering to the giant sized ones made with the wilton - or similar pan.

I appreciate all your thoughts!

Thanks,
B.

I think just a box would work fine.

Or are you meaning something else that I'm not understanding?

I'm worried about it sliding around in the box while driving though.

Using royal icing "glue" your cupcake to the cake board it is on, put a non-slip rubber mat, like the ones for shelf liners in the box you will be using and that keepsr mine in place. I also put the non-slip mat under the box and on the trunk of my SUV, this keeps the box from sliding as well.

Also if your cake plate/board is say 10", then get a box that's 10". Then the board won't be able to move around. And then use a shelf liner like Crumbcake says. Those are great.
