I am having to make a fondant-covered dinosaur shape cake that feeds 15 kids and 15 adults. I plan on using a bowl to bake the body in to get a nice round shape, and will also make the head from cake as well. I'm just wondering what size of bowl I should use so it will be large enough to feed that many people? Should I use a 4 quart bowl (3.8 litres) or a 2.5 quart bowl (2.35 litres)? Also, if anyone would mind sharing what they would charge for such a cake, that would be appreciated as well! Thank you so much!
