Can you tort and freeze a cake that is filled with Henry and Henry filling? Will it ruin the filling?
I have never tried freezing a cake with H&H filling, but I can tell you I had some left over lemon filling (not H&H, but was similar filling in sleeve). It did not freeze well at all. When I thawed it out it was separated and not nice at all. I tried stirring it well to bring it back together but it didn't work. I ended up throwing it away.
