I need suggestions on how to do this shark cake. I did try to pm the creator but I don't think they get here often.

What level of help do you need? It's fairly basic. Crusting buttercream covered cake with a rkt shark, gum paste tail probably wired or small doweled.

Hi,
I can't tell you exactly how the other CC member made that cake, although like wrightway777 said it does look fairly simple,

I can tell you how I made my shark cake though icon_wink.gif

I am wondering more about the shark I suppose. I'm wondering if the weight of the shark will be an issue. Do you think boba tea straws will be enough support or should I be using the SPS? Just do straight fondant over RKT or light coating? I'm just hoping I can make the shark appear to resemble one!

Hi,
I noticed that the person who made that cake has an email address displayed in their profile, have you tried emailing them?

What do you think they made the teeth out of? Frosting? RI?
