I made a cake last weekend that I wasn't proud of. It looked okay, but even if I were in business, I'm pretty sure I would not have charged for it. The thing is, I actually had a feeling as I was planning the cake that it was not going to go well. So my question is, what do you do when that happens? I really hope to go into business someday, but I really don't know what to do in this instance. My confidence is a little shaky right now. I'm afraid I won't be able to handle this for profit!

I've done that, but it was for a personal cake and the reason I knew it wasn't go to go well, cause I knew I didn't feel like making it. BUT for businss, the best I can say is KNOW your LIMITATIONS and what you have patience to do. Sometimes even if you can do it, you may not have the ptience and the cake still won't come out right. Don't get frustrated, just breathe and keep on going.
