I am looking for a chocolate cake recipe that is good for carving. I would like it to be about the same density as the WASC.
Or can you tweak the WASC and use choc cake instead of white and just add the same ingredients?
Any suggestions would be great
For Chocolate WASC, I've used this recipe:
The only change I made to it was substitute 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa. Either way it's really good and dense like the regular WASC.
