I made a cake for a lady & she had extra and want to freeze it. It's covered with fondant, will it be ok to freeze? I'm guessing no??? I would think the fondant would get too sticky? Anyone know?

There shouldn't be any problem freezing the leftover cake. Just wrap tightly with about two layers of plastic wrap and one layer of foil and freeze. Then defrost thoroughly before unwrapping it when you are ready to eat.
