My little nephews are here visiting and all day they have been smelling my spice cake I made with my pumpkin IMBC and it's driving them crazy. Does anyone know how I can make a spice cake for them from scratch with no dairy and no eggs. They are true allergies, not intolerances. Thanks so much. By the way, no I was not going to make IMBC for them. I have another idea. Thank you guys. You have helped me a lot in the past too.

Anything vegan will work. Find a vanilla one and add in your own spices.

I've used vanilla silk in recipes for milk and ener g egg replacer - works great! Are your nephews allergic to dairy or are they lactose intolerant? Because lactaid is a great alternative to milk
