I am making my sister's wedding cake in a few days and i was wanting some ideas for a filling to put between the layers. and it wont be able to be put in a refrigerator.. thanks for all the help
My most requested is my whipped cream mousse but for the 9 tier Quince cake I didn't have enough room to refrigerate so I used Frostin Pride non dairy frosting in place of the whipping cream. Once whipped it can be left at room temp for up to five days. I use two cups of Frostin Pride and one small box instant vanilla pudding. Whip until peaks form. I also like to use white chocolate, chocolate fudge and banana cream instant pudding. So good.
Sweettreat101 that sounds yummy! All I use is buttercream, I don't know what else there is that doesn't have to be refrigerated while I decorate. I don't know if I could get those products or alternatives in the UK
