I'm trying to make a fire truck using the long loaf pan, however the middle was completly raw. I put 3 nails in the pan to help distrubute the heat but no luck. Please help :/

That particular pan is really tough to get baked through without the edges getting really hard. I try not to use it at all, usually bake a 9x13 and cut it into two 4.5x13 rectangles instead.

Thanks so much I don't know why I didn't think of doing that in the first place That loaf pan should come with heating cores!
