I am suppose to be making a cake in a few weeks that looks similar to the attached cake. Any advice, tutorials, or help in any way would be greatly appreciated! I'm going to do a trial run this weekend and I'm desperate. Thanks so much!!

You might want to check out youtube. I think Edna De La Cruz has a ruffle video, and I know Elaine MacGregor has a video on making ruffles. I'll see if I can find one for you. Elaine MacGregor's is pretty easy to do, and the only thing you need is a toothpick and a circle cutter.
