I just fin8shed the live stream class with jay and his fondant fabric, I did not know it is actually satin ice, I imagine he went into production with them?, Not clear, anyway, what a nice guy. Still not sure I woud buy, Shipping is 12.40, even with 40% discount. Did anyone else see the live stream?

No, I missed the live stream.

I can't ever imagine paying that much for pre-rolled fondant icon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gif

That also must be one thin piece of fondant because the Wilton chart calls for 2X that much to cover a 14" square.........

I can roll 3.5 lbs. of fondant out in about 10 mins. At the regular price of $25 per sheet before shipping, I'd have to be paying myself about $90/hr.--don't I wish. Even on sale, I still can't afford $50 an hour.

Yes, it was an interesting live stream and Jay is a nice decorator however I tend to disagree w/some of his piping methods icon_sad.gif
*I CAN* pipe better string work and do it with buttercream using smaller tips! To his good, maybe he was nervous icon_smile.gif
