Can anyone please tell me what I could use to get a realistic looking beer foam? I read one post that said they used meringue but I thought it needed to be cooked since it contains egg whites.

sweettreat101,i've used "whip n ice" as foam for a beer mug cake before. you could probably use some heavy whipping cream,whipped up real thick.
