Im making aa three tiered fake cake. I want to cover it in buttercream and put a pattern with dragees added in between the pattern. How do I add the dragees after the buttercream has dried? Will the pattern show up in the fake cake? (Like stitching) Any suggestions? ?? Cake needs to be done in 4 days... Help!! icon_cry.gif

I would just attach the dragees with piping gel or a dot of fresh buttercream. As long as you did the stitching pattern while the buttercream was still maliable, it should be fine.

Thank you. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to make the lines through the buttercream. I will use piping gel to attach them. Thank you for you help!
