Best Tasting, Crusting Buttercream Recipe

Looking for your best tasting, crusting, easy to smooth buttercream recipe, one that you would decorate a wedding cake with?? I see alot of recipes using the Hi Ratio Shortening, however it is not avaliable in my area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of people like Indydebi's buttercream in the recipes section as well as Buttercream Dream. You can also use butter in Indy's recipe.
