I just found the Frieling Zenker Layer Cake Slicing Kit on Amazon. I know it only goes up to 10", but its only around $55 and has a neat layer spatular. Tempted to buy it, need some guidance please.

I can't tell if the round bit is sharp or serated? I would think it would smoosh the cake instead of cut through it but I honestly don't know. For $55 you're 1/3 of the way to an Agbay Junior. Which until your post I didn't even know Agbay had come out with a Junioricon_smile.gif I already purchased the single blade senior Agbay and I couldn't live without it. But the junior would have served me fine sine most of my cakes are only up to 12 inches wide....that said I just bought my first 14 inch pan so I guess it's a good thing I have the senior icon_smile.gif

Save up for an Agbay....I promise promise promise it will be the best cake tool you ever buy!
