Things are moving forward for South Carolina's Cottage Food Law. Senator Massey is working to have it placed on the legislative agenda in January. This is the earliest possible date that it can appear. Right now I need to know what your Senator or Representative has said about the cottage food law. Does anyone have any update on a cottage food law in Colorado?

This was posted on the Colorado Cottage Food facebook page Oct. 11th.

A bill is in drafting at this very moment, by Representative Laura Bradford. It will be voted on this spring and if approved will go into effect by next summer. So I say it is very close!
