Can I use royal icing for detail (such as dots and outline) on a cookie that I covered with fondant? I would like to use the fondant for the wedding cake cookie and then add some detail with royal icing. Will the RI fall off or does this work?

Absolutely you can!! I do it all the time!! You shouldn't have any problem with the RI falling off. Good luck! icon_biggrin.gif

Have you worked with royal icing before? If you have, you should know how tempermental it can be. If not, let me know! I'll help you any way I can. icon_biggrin.gif
