Using the ever popular WASC recipe to make cupcakes for an upcoming shower. I wanted to fill them this time but wasn't quite sure what to use.
Anyone have a favorite filling they usually fill their WASC cakes with???

I've used everything from buttercream to chocolate buttercream to fruit fillings. It's a great base cake that lends itself to almost any flavor.
Raspberry, lemon, strawberry, blueberry, etc. etc. ! I love them all.
so basically anything pretty much works!! good to know. i was wondering because of the obvious almond taste if one would work better then another! gee, now to decide!!!!!
