Mmf Went Totaly Wrong

recently I made a cake with mmf, I made it the night before the event the next morning my cake was all swety, stiky it looked like it was all wet I know humidity afects but this was way worst ended taking all of and using satin ice, any sugestions of what went wrong? was it the corn starch i used to roll it out?

From my experience, any cake you freeze or refrigerate will have condensation in some form. However I am at a loss for how to prevent it or how to fix any problems it causes.

Did you refrigerate the cake?

no it was not refregrated

I live at PR I was told that its the humidity but still not convinced
