It was on the pioneer woman's site - http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/the_best_chocol/

She says it's the best ever..... I hope so. I have the second half-sheet in the oven for another anniversary cake for Sunday. It better be good - I'm trying to figure out how I can get a good mouthful.... I don't normally do this without a taste test so I'm a little nervous.

Excellent cake - extremely popular - used widely ... Also known as a "Texas sheet cake" or "Chocolate Buttermilk cake"....

Lots of tweaks out there ...
* For buttermilk, use soured milk, yoghurt or sour cream ...
* variations - Double Chocolate, Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate Spice, Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Molasses, Spice Walnut And Brown Sugar Nut

And, of course, there is the White Texas Sheet cake ...

I haven't tried it personally, but I've heard great reviews. I have her cookbook and everything I have tried has been really good. Her show is starting this week on FN.
