Hi,
So you're thinking of charging $90, so 3 dozen, $2.50 per cake pop? well they are red velvet, not plain, with 3 different chocolate coatings and designs, so I think that sounds about right!

How much will the ingredients for the cake pops cost, and how long will it take to complete the order? Also how much overhead do you have (monthly/hourly rent for your commercial kitchen, insurance, etc)?

I charge $20/dozen for standard cake pops and $30/dozen for specialty cake pops (themed shapes, extra decor, etc...). So, if these are special order with added time/supplies on your part, I'd charge $90 for the 3 dozen.
