So we're visiting my husband's family in Minnesota. Today is our last day, and I would LOVE to find a cake supply shop in the Minneapolis/Burnsville area. So far, the only ones I have found are too far from my MIL's house. Any Minnesota decorators out there? Where do you shop? Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks ladies!

I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner! I live down in the southern region of the cities (I'm just west of Burnsville in Shakopee), however, I actually make a trip to a northern suburb called Fridley to "Lynn's Cake and Candy Supply" to get my supplies. I hope you had a great time in Minnesota and get a chance to come back soon!

For your next visit, I would second the recommendation for Lynn's Cake and Candy.

Another option, not quite so far north is Kitchen Window in Minneapolis...it has a a fair amount of caking stuff, but caking is not its specialty.
