i need to make a small quantity of royal icing using meri white, does anyone have the uk weights please. probably need about 10 oz of icing sugar.

I got this from the british sugarcraft guild site Royal icing

for small quantity of RI...

1 teaspoon Meriwhite
4 teaspoon cold water
5 oz icing sugar
