I'm making three flavors of cupcakes for a birthday party. I was hoping to use buttercream on all the cupcakes. Customer says that's good. Has anyone used bc for carrot cake? Or should I make a cream cheese frosting? And is there a recipe that doesn't need refrigerated? Thanks!

You could fill them.....cream cheese filling in the carrot and another filling in the others.....then ice them all with BC They should be fine without refrigeration for delivery and display.

Sure you can use regular BC. I think cream cheese is the most common but it's fine with regular buttercream.
