I have a wedding cake coming up and need a recipe for a vanilla custard or pudding that uses soy milk, the bride is lactose intolerant. I was just going to exchange the milk for soy milk but am unsure of the stability of it. I don't want it runny. Thanks, all responses are appreciated.

Aww nuts! I was hoping somebody had a recipe, anything for the lactose intolerant?
