Hey y'all, I'm Lena. I've been skimming by CC for a while now but finally decided it was time to come say hello.
I am a single mom, pastry chef and new to cake decorating. I been working as a pastry chef for a casino for almost two years now and once or twice a month we get a cake order. It took me 6 months to even attempt to "ice" a cake.
The more and more I work with cake, the more I love it. So I've decided to go into business for myself. Friends and family are impressed with my work, but I dont think any of them have ever seen cakes like this before.
Actually, I dont know anyone that decorates cakes. So here I am, hoping to make a few friends and get some great advice, maybe even pitch in some ideas of my own.
