Has anyone tried either the WASC cake or the Durable Cake for 3D and Wedding Cakes http://cakecentral.com/recipes/1972/durable-cake-for-3d-and-wedding-cakes for a topsy turvy cake? Any tips/suggestions? Also, has anybody added melted chocolate to the WASC to make it easier to carve? And of course, any special topsy turvy tricks/secrets y'all have are more than welcome Thank you!!!
