So, my mind is already on my Halloween offerings (so I have lots of time to test) and, I'm thinking of doing a hi hat cupcake but, instead dipping it with white chocolate, adding eyes and turning them into ghosts.

My question is, can I add ultra white color to the melted chocolate to make it more of a stark white cuz I don't want dirty ghosts?
