Just want to share this latest cake I made, I'm really happy with how it turned out and is a bit different for a wedding cake! The couple are really into nature so thats why they chose a teddy bears picnic!

First time I used my agbay with this cake. LOVE IT!! Sliced through the mudcake like it was sponge! First time too that I used The Mat. Have to admit I see why some people get frustrated coz it is quite hard at first. But I'm going to keep trying as they say it gets easier.
First time using satin ice (only on the actual cake, not on the board or figures - don't want to waste the satin ice if it's not going to be eaten!) Nice flavour, very sweet, but stickier than bakels so will take some getting used to.
Also first time making flowers! Used sunflower cutters so made it easier and then detailed the centres by hand. Took awhile but love them!
