i dont have cooking sparay and i dont have flour to dust pan with what can i use so the cakes wont stick?

Well, I'd go get some flour and some cooking spray to have on hand anyway!

You can use Crisco shortening or butter to coat your pans with.

You can also use parchment or wax paper to line your pans.

I start with Crisco, dust with flour and then spray cooking oil on top.

Others use a cake release mixture that's equal parts of shortening, oil and flour mixed together and spread on the pans with a brush.

Make "cake goop" with flour, vegetable oil and shortening...if you do a search for it you'll find the exact measurements/ ratios. You can also try parchment paper...
