How Long To Leave Out Before Covering?

I have a 4 layer one tier cake, filled with raspberry IMBC and covered with white chocolate ganache. I torted/filled Thursday and ganached last night--then I put it in the refrigerator over night. I just hot knifed the ganache.

How long should I wait before covering it with fondant and decorating? Will the cake sweat at room temp through the ganache? Thanks!
