Dear all,

I was wondering if you could help me. My cookies are crunchy but after decorating and leaving them out over night they turn all mushy and even break when I try to lift them up.

Is there a way to avoid that? Unfortunately we don't have an AC. I live in R.I. and the humidity is around 65% now.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Is it possible to keep your cookies in an airtight container once they are cooled and maybe put them in the fridge?
