I contacted the Maryland Harford County Health Department and they are sending me forms, I assume application to get them out and expect. They really weren't too clear on what to expect. My guess is they want the $100-$150 before they give me actual info. She did mention all my stuff had to be NSF Certified, I have only purchased Wilton pans and decorating supplies. Will I need to order from a different company? This kitchen was on a list the HD gave me of Non Profit licensed kitchen so they are inspected annually and have an awesome stocked kitchen. How quickly can this be done? Do they drag their feet?
